Meet the UNK Alumni Team

Lucas Dart '97

Vice President of Alumni Relations & Development

Lucas Dart has been a part of the alumni staff since 2008. Prior to joining the alumni team, Lucas served as a director of development for the NU Foundation, for a total of 16 years of service to the now integrated alumni and foundation team. He has been active in Nebraska and Kearney area organizations, including the Kearney Sertoma Club, Kearney Country Club, Leadership Kearney, Leadership Nebraska, Kearney Public Schools, Kearney Little League Baseball, Holy Cross Lutheran Church and the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce.

Tricia Danburg ’94

Director of Alumni Engagement

Tricia Danburg joined the alumni team in 2015. She earned her degree in 1994 from UNK and has more than 20 years of marketing and project coordination experience. Danburg is active in the Axtell community and school, is a member of the UNK Gold Torch Society, a Leadership Kearney alumna and former UNK Greek advisor.

Shonna Hill

Assistant Director of Alumni Communications

Shonna Hill joined the alumni association team in 2019 and has over 10 years of experience in communication, marketing and community relations. Prior to joining the team, she worked for UNK Dining Services as the assistant director. Hill enjoys her role with UNKAA because it allows her to grow and foster relationships within the UNK alumni community.

Toni Meyers ’93

Administrative Assistant

Toni Meyers is a 1993 graduate of UNK. She joined the alumni association in 2009. Meyers is currently serving as the administrative assistant and has previously worked at the UNK Nebraskan Student Union as the assistant in the director’s office. Meyers is an active member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
