Alumni House
One of the oldest buildings at UNK, the UNK Alumni House located at 2222 9th Avenue, just one block south of the campus. The Alumni House has a rich history and is where you can find Loper memorabilia. The house, which was initially built by the first campus president A.O. Thomas and served as a boarding school for professors, was gifted from the H.W. Swan family in 1980. The Alumni House has been transformed into a place where new, returning and past Lopers can view historical pieces that will connect you back to your alma mater. The UNK Alumni House features artwork from many past professors and has a meeting room and reception area that can be rented out.

Room Rentals
The UNK Alumni House is a convenient, welcoming spot to host a wide variety of events. Located one block south of Warner Hall and Bruner Hall of Science, the California Room seats up to 65 comfortably for a sit-down meal or stand-up meeting. Contact us for availability and rental options.
Equipment
The UNK Alumni House’s California Room is fully equipped with wireless internet, Bose surround-sound speakers, a projector and screen. Additional tables, chairs, microphone and podium can be rented through UNK Facilities Events & Reservations.
Rooms
Rooms throughout the Alumni House are named in honor of those who have made significant gifts to the facility

Parking

Catering
Select from Sodexo catering options or choose from the many catering venues in the Kearney community. The UNK Alumni House, located off campus, does not adhere to the no-alcohol or catering policies of campus.
